The Des Moines Public Schools and its Reimagining Education committee unveiled the proposal for the Reimagining Education initiative on January 21. Additional information and details will be shared at the annual State of the Schools event on February 11.

The next step will then be to get feedback from staff, families and the community about how best to implement Reimagining Education. Then the Reimagining Education committee will review the feedback and use it to refine the proposal. The public will get a chance to weigh in on the refined proposal, and the committee will use this input to make final changes before bringing the proposal to the board for its consideration.
